Dr. Ayush is a board-certified dermatologist from Mongolia. He worked as a post-doctoral fellow in Dr. Nagao’s laboratory in the Dermatology Branch at the NIAMS, and now continues to participate in research as a special volunteer.

Research Statement

Dr. Ayush’s current research focuses on skin immunology and hair follicle interactions. She studied atopic dermatitis and hair disorders extensively on alopecia in Mongolia.

Education

Dr. Ayush obtained her M.D. in 2011 and Ph.D. in 2014 from Chonbuk National University Medical School, South Korea. She completed her B.S in Medical Science from Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences, Mongolia.

Experience

Dr. Ayush worked as a lecturer of Dept. of Dermatology at Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences and trained in dermatology residence in 2005-2006. She obtained her clinical fellowship of Dermatology at Severance Hospital in 2014 in Seoul, Korea. Her research interests are on hair disorders and skin immunology.
