Summary
Ahsan Polash, Ph.D., is a computational biologist in Dr. Hafner’s group at the NIAMS. His current research focuses on studying transcriptional regulation through RNA-binding proteins.
During Dr. Polash’s doctoral studies he worked as a cheminformatician predicting the toxicity of chemical compounds and visualizing the decision-making steps of Machine learning. Simultaneously he studied hormone-responsive enhancer mediated transcriptional regulation.
