  • Understanding what causes hidradenitis suppurativa and explaining the cellular and molecular basis of the disease.
  • Exploring the potential genetic, immune and environmental factors associated with HS.
  • Identifying the optimal medical and surgical approaches to control symptoms and improve quality of life in people with the disease.
