Summary

Faiza Naz obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Maryland University College in 2016 and her Master of Public Health, Practice, and Policy from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2020. She joined the Genomic Technology Section at the NIAMS as a post-baccalaureate fellow and, since 2020, has worked as a biologist. Faiza is in charge of the daily operations of the facility and is the prime reference for all technical aspects related to single-cell RNA, ATAC, SPT, and OMICS experiments. She is an expert in library preparation methods for different NGS applications.
